I got this tip from and exercise place I went to years ago. I have a water cooler that also dispenses hot water so I always have hot water which I mix with tap water so it's not too hot. I have a little glass juicer I got from the dollar store and I make sure I always have lemons on hand. They are a little more expensive now so see if you can find them marked down or you can probably used the bottled juice but I don't know what is added to that.
I have read this is good for detoxing your body and found that this will keep you regular. If you want you can take it at night too in addition to your morning glass.
