I created this forum because I am sick of being a fat chick! I have injured myself once again and I find it very pathetic that at age 37 I am unable to run. I used to be thin, a little athletic and flexible. Not anymore! I want to gain that back. I know I won't be skinny like when I was a kid and I don't want that but I do want to be closer to my target weight, look better in my clothes and be able run if I want.
This is where you come in! I can't do this on my own. I have tried for years but I don't have the willpower. If you are here, you probably need to lose some weight and or get fit so lets support each other! I am good at giving advise but not good at doing so lets do this together!
I have set up forums for journals, tips, points challenge, weekly habits, info and chatting. I want to keep the journals private so if you want to make a serious go at getting healthy, send me a pm and I will add you to that forum.
